et99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "et99", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the et99 platform, its operators, and authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the et99 platform or uses any of its services.
• "Platform" — refers to the et99 website accessible at et99.io, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer studios, and account management features.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account held on the et99 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a player's account wallet, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.

02 Acceptance of Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to account verification status and payment method limits. Verified accounts may access higher deposit limits upon request.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited within seconds under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to process.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• KYC verification: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address before their first withdrawal is processed.

08 Game Rules and Fair Play

• Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for international football) within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the event.
• Abandoned events: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion within the timeframe specified in the market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live in-play odds are subject to rapid change. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the et99 system, it is binding. Bets placed at obviously erroneous live odds are subject to voiding at et99's discretion.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the et99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the et99 platform.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

et99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

14 Privacy and Data

Where an account is closed by et99 due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be retained by et99 to offset costs associated with the investigation and closure process, and any pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled.

17 Governing Law and Disputes

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the operational territory of et99.
